3. This position requires working knowledge of the Education, Penal, and Government Codes. Describe a situation where you applied these codes to review or analyze a case. How did your interpretation of the information influence how the case was handled or the advice you gave to management or staff?
4. One of the SSM I’s responsibilities is overseeing the intake and processing of educator misconduct cases. Describe your experience managing sensitive or high-priority cases. What steps do you take to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to applicable policies and procedures?
5. While you may not have led hiring efforts, describe your involvement in recruitment or selection processes. Have you contributed to creating duty statements, reviewing applications, participating in interviews, or developing evaluation tools? How did you support fair and effective hiring outcomes?
