Overview
We are seeking a talented Copywriter to join our team and play a crucial role in crafting compelling and performance-drivencontent across various channels. As a Copywriter, you will report to the Head of Written Content and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful content that resonates with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance-based content strategies across Email, SMS, and Advertising channels.
- Be accountable for open rates and collaborate with a Graphic Designer and Email & SMS Marketing Expert to integrate content into visually appealing and high-performing designs.
- Collaborate with local Marketing Team members to adapt and localize communications for different markets.
- Provide timely and effective written content tailored to each advertising channel in collaboration with the Advertising team.
- Generate ideas through brainstorming sessions and create content with a storytelling approach to drive engagement and sales.
- Create original, compelling, and branded product copy that is simple, clear, and aligned with the brand identity.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cultural trends and best practices in copywriting and marketing.
- Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and teams in a deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, English, Writing, Business, or the equivalent—Marketing is preferred.
- 2 years of experience in copywriting for a luxury brand.
- Proven track record of delivering high-performing written content.
- Excellent writing abilities are a must.
- An empath with a strong understanding of customer behavior.
- A critical thinker who understands the necessity of adding context in order for customers to understand what you're communicating as well as why they should take your desired action here and now.
- Knowledge of creating and communicating value and translating this into compelling content.
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate cultural trends, seasonality, and brand identity into clear, persuasive copy.
- A strong understanding of Email and SMS marketing best practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
