Responsibilities:
- Care for and manage the daily operations of a residential facility for individuals with developmental disabilities and dementia.
- Supervise and train staff members in providing quality care and support to residents.
- Develop and implement care plans for each resident, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Administer medications and monitor residents' health conditions.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure the well-being of residents.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, following all applicable regulations and guidelines.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and management abilities to effectively supervise staff and oversee operations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of nursing home, home care, assisted living, or similar environments.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and dementia.
- Proficiency in medication administration and monitoring health conditions.
