Residential Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Residential Manager to become a part of our team! You will work alongside DSPs and DSP Team Leads to coordinate care for the consumer.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations
• Plan and coordinate services and outings (ex. grocery store, doctor's visits, library, daily errands, etc.)
• Work collaboratively with Direct Support Professionals, Team Leads, and Residential Director to ensure consumer needs are met
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure consumer safety
• Enforce Input Residential policies and procedures in the field
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare, behavior, or other medical fields
• Experience in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
