This part-time role assists the property manager with daily operations, providing resources and services for residents while focusing on customer service and community relations. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as experience working with diverse populations and providing individual services.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, promote, manage, and document the delivery of resident-centered programs and services with a focus on housing stability
- Work collaboratively with property managers to provide lease education and support residents in overcoming challenges to lease compliance
- Support resident associations, resident-led activities, and leadership development by providing technical and resource support
- Oversee site budget, prepare and document client case notes every week, develop and distribute monthly resident communication
- Promote positive relationships within the community and surrounding neighborhood
