We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Practice Development Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our physician network and strengthening our brand presence in Southern California.

Position Summary:

The Practice Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to increase patient referrals to our physicians and enhance brand visibility. This position requires a high-energy, relationship-focused professional who thrives on building connections and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement referral marketing strategies to drive patient volume and physician engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
  • Identify new referral opportunities and cultivate partnerships to expand our referral network.
  • Conduct regular visits to physician offices, hospitals, and healthcare facilities to promote Commons Clinic’s services and providers.
  • Plan and coordinate events, luncheons, and presentations to educate and engage referral sources.
  • Represent the company at local health fairs, conferences, farmers markets, and other patient and physician engagement events.
  • Monitor referral trends and track key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, digital content, and campaigns tailored to the referral audience.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and insights to leadership regarding market dynamics, competitive activity, and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in referral marketing, physician liaison roles, sales, or healthcare business development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel within the Southern California area and working in an in-person capacity.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing analytics, and Google Suite.
