Responsibilities
Under clinical supervision provides a variety of mental health services that may include initial intake assessments evaluations rehabilitative services to individuals families and groups crisis intervention and linkages and referrals to appropriate services. This position uses only therapeutic procedures approved by the Program Manager adherence to the Welfare & Institutions Codes and professional and ethical behavior at all times. The level of clinical autonomy required and provided is limited.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Enrollment in a field placement traineeship or internship at Dignity Health Medical Foundation as part of a Masters Degree program in an appropriate behavioral science discipline
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelors degree in an appropriate behavioral science discipline
- A valid California Drivers License valid automobile insurance and reliable automobile transportation
