Hello humankindness Dignity Health Medical Group is the employed physician group of Dignity Health Arizona. Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) employs approximately 200 providers and 500 support staff that cover a wide variety of specialties. The medical group has had tremendous success over the past few years and now provides more than 73 subspecialty services. The physicians provide clinical services in their areas of specialty and many serve in pivotal academic research and leadership roles.DHMG is also heavily involved in preparing tomorrows healthcare providers. Responsibilities
- Maintains QA Percentage at a rate of 85% or higher.
- Maintains productivity percentage at a rate of 85% or higher.
- Reconciles and posts incoming payments. Reconcile and balance daily cash batches. Identifies patterns of improper payments from insurance carriers and communicates issues through appropriate channels of communication.
- Retrieves payor EOB via websites in order to post monies to the correct account and resolve suspense. Applies advanced and demonstrated knowledge of a wide range of policies and procedures for the area.
- Researches all information needed to complete the payment posting process and resolves all payments posted to suspense accounts within 60 days.
- Demonstrates an advanced understanding and use of CARC/RARC codes and their impact on A/R.
- Documents EOB information on system, when appropriate, so that it clearly communicates action taken or needed.
- Utilizes best practice processes around all work assignments, project management, and quality of output while maximizing overall team performance.
- Team work and collaboration in order to fulfill area goals and work requirements. Share knowledge and assists other when appropriate.
- Participates in educational programs to meet mandatory requirements and identified needs with regard to job and
personal growth.
