Responsibilities
- Responsible for the monthly close process to include but not limited to preparation and analysis of the monthly financial reporting and analysis for applicable entities. Ensures timely and accurate completion of all financial regulatory data submissions.
- Collaborates with Dignity Health Accounting Service Centers and Dignity Health Corporate to establish best practice accounting policies and procedures maintain documentation of processes and procedures and ensure adherence to the policies and procedures.
- Manages financial activity for DH accounting service centers and/or may include patient financial services system offices facility and/or corporate holding entities treasury self-insurance trusts enterprise IT and travel and expense program.
- Coordinates and manages the departmental budgeting process including salary and wages non salary related expense depreciation interest expense capitation and other assessments/ allocations.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or Finance concentration.
- Minimum of five (5) years of current progressive management experience in a healthcare environment
