Responsibilities
- Set up, operate and maintain digital printing, special finishing and mail equipment, ensuring maximum quality and accuracy of finished product with the general direction assigned by the Division Director of Marketing Communications Production Services.
- Frequent monitoring of the production schedule to ensure customers’ expectations are met, bring forth any opportunities to improve production schedule to support cost savings opportunities.
- Keep equipment in good working order by completing preventive maintenance as set forth by each equipment standards. Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns; making repairs and/or vendor maintenance cost-effectively. Following electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints and other specifications required.
- May be required to document production workflows by completing production logs and calculating production statistics. Ensure that all machines are operational and performing to the schedule standards set forth by the Division Director of Marketing Communications Production Services.
Qualifications
Required:
Strong knowledge of digital printing and mail services.
Sound problem solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Self motivated, well organized and detail oriented.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information.
Team player with excellent follow up and customer service skills.
Computer proficiency with Google Suites.
Preferred:
High school graduate or equivalent
1-3 years of Production or operational experience.
