The Program Manager, Total Rewards & People Connections will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing engagement initiatives to support and enhance the Total Rewards employee experience across the ministry.
This role will require an individual with experience in both benefits and compensation communication, excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail, comfort working in a fast paced and dynamic environment, a collaborative work style, the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities and the interest in and ability to break down complex problems and problem solve.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources or Internal Communications (preference for work supporting benefits/compensation), including 2 years within a complex, multi-site organization. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

Previous experience in Total Rewards providing project management/communications support for benefits, compensation or other employee programs.

*Essential Key Job Responsibilities*
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Total Rewards & Client Services and Total Rewards leadership on developing communications and education initiatives.
- Collaborate with compensation, benefit and people connections teams to manage and coordinate projects and campaigns that align with CommonSpirit’s mission and business objectives.
- Coordinate with HR senior leadership and business partners, Internal Communications and subject matter experts to develop communications and marketing materials and educational programs for a variety of channels including presentations, e-newsletters, web sites, marketing collateral, infographics, videos and virtual townhalls.
- Create engaging content for internal audiences with diverse needs, using a variety of channels; research and develop content about benefits, compensation and other HR topics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with ministry requirements and brand voice and style.
- Manage relationships with vendor partners.
- Analyze feedback from employee surveys, focus groups and other sources to identify opportunities for enhancing the employee experience and communications.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of communication, explore new engagement opportunities and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in Total Rewards to recommend innovations.
