Responsibilities
The NURSING STANDARDS, PRACTICE & POLICY MANAGER is a registered nurse who will serve as the lead administrator of the CHI Memorial policy management system. The NURSING STANDARDS, PRACTICE & POLICY MANAGER will be responsible for the coordination of CHI Memorial policies, support the Provision of Care Team Joint Commission and CIHQ activities, advise on Nursing practice, Board of Nursing and regulatory issues, and will serve as an advisor to the Nursing Professional Practice Council.
Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- BS in Nursing or other related clinical field required, MSN preferred
Experience:
Minimum of five years hospital experience in a clinical-related position required
Licensure or Certification:
- Active RN
