Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Residency Program Administrator located in Oxnard, CA. The Residency Program Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the residency program. Qualifications
- Experience in program administration and coordination
- Knowledge of accreditation processes and residency program requirements
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using digital tools and software for documentation and scheduling
- Ability to work collaboratively with residents, faculty, and healthcare staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field preferred
- Experience in a medical education setting is preferred
