We aim to be the Main Financial Institution for businesses that turnover $3m-$150m or have commercial lending requirements of $1m-$50m. Delivering on a range of needs and requirements, including transactional banking, commercial lending, working capital finance, asset finance and risk management.
Do work that matters
As a Relationship Executive you’ll provide meaningful solutions for a portfolio of diversified business clients with complex banking needs. Use your insights, experience and expertise, along with a great range of innovative products and services, to help move these businesses forward.
You will commence with an existing book of established clients with the expectation that in addition to providing excellent service to these clients, you will also focus on new client acquisition as well as identifying further opportunities for both new and existing clients.
As an Analyst you are pivotal in relationship management, working closely with colleagues, senior leadership, and clients providing valuable solutions. The Analyst position provides the opportunity to conduct client and industry research, financial analysis, modelling and risk assessment.
We’re interested in hearing from people who:
Pride themselves in building relationships through excellent service and driving new business;
Have experience in successfully building and leading a successful SME or Commercial portfolio
Experience writing and analysing credit transactions, as well as completing annual reviews and reporting, ideally within Business and/or Commercial Banking
Strong understanding of balance sheets, P&L, structuring of loans, securities and financial products and well-developed financial analysis and modelling skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Commerce would be highly regarded
