Probity Operations Insights Specialist

You will be part of the Probity Operations team. We are at the heart of the employee due diligence (EDD) process and provide a centralised solution enabling effective background screening of candidates and employees to ensure obligations to our regulators are met. The EDD process is an important component of financial crime prevention initiatives for protecting the integrity and reputation of the Group, our customers and the people who work here, from money-laundering and terrorism financing activities. We work in partnership with Financial Crime Compliance, Talent Acquisition, Workplace Relations, Risk, HR and other teams across the Group. Do work that matters: As a Probity Operations Insights Specialist, you will play an important role in embedding our new processes and ways of working consistently across Australia, India and our International jurisdictions following the launch of EDD Simplification. More specifically, the responsibilities of the Probity Operations Insight Specialist includes: Design, create and execute Global Operational and dashboard reporting on Probity Operations processes (including Sian update, PO monthly scorecard, and individual POC performance) Conduct insight reporting for Global Probity Operations processes, to identify trends, hotspots, blockers in processes and opportunities Manage Global Probity Operations reporting schedule including: Leadership reporting, TA monthly updates, BU reporting for risk/compliance – example Monthly RACO reporting and Exec TA reporting Support with the preparation of all Audit and CAP testing data from Workday and Vendor platforms Lead Global process improvement uplifts with key HR stakeholders – define requirements, conduct gap analysis, support with testing and implementation of system changes, work with Probity Operations Global leadership to deliver change Through data insight analysis (including but not limited to Global Probity data, HR Direct and Sidekick enquiries), identify and execute on areas of opportunity to simplify Global process, reduce risk and reduce TAT Manage critical exception processes as a result of EDD simplification/automation, monitor and implement solutions to reduce exceptions – examples include all integration fails Manage the reconciliation of all vendor invoices (including processing payment) Manage adhoc global reporting requirements as needed. We are looking for someone with a love for data, excel, numbers and insights; a high level of attention to detail with accuracy in outputs a critical must; a problem solver/solution maker with the ability to use data and insights to identify Global continuous improvement opportunities and lead positive system and process changes.
