See yourself in our team The Everyday Business Banking team supports the full spectrum of customers’ needs from the smallest businesses to the largest corporates. It has accountability for Cash Management, Payments, Business Lending and Commerce Solutions as well as managing the end-to-end business customer experience. The team is also responsible for the delivery of analytical capabilities to support our business customers. Do Work That Matters As the Senior Manager, you will be end-to-end responsible for the development, distribution, management and performance of these core transaction products. This includes: Monitoring the marketplace, while paying particular attention to direct competitors, to assess product trends and results in order to recommend new products or features for the organization. Developing and designing the pricing features of a designated new product or enhancement to address an identified market need or opportunity. Monitoring business results of recently introduced or enhanced products and recommending modifications in product features, pricing, and marketing approaches to improve results. Managing Data and analytics processes to build robust models. Understanding and modelling the financial impact of pricing changes Targeting marketing and campaigns to segments of the customer base Help us deliver a better future for Everyday Business Banking: Experienced Product Manager with 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, product management and/or process improvement.
