RWE Design Build is growing and looking for our next Senior Project Manager (SPM) to manage multiple construction projects in our Tampa Office. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience as a Project Manager (PM) or Senior Project Manager (SPM) experience. A Bachelors Degree in Construction Project Management is preferred along with excellent communication skills.

- Develop the construction schedule through all phases, including pre-construction through contract execution
- Assist with preparation of estimates and prepare takeoffs
- Have a thorough knowledge of general contract and subcontract requirements
- Prepare budget reports and change orders
- Support field superintendents in all areas of construction
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, compare actual vs budgeted project cost
- Collaborate with engineers, architects and other workers in the same project
- Choose subcontractors and delegate their responsibilities
- Responsible for any delays, emergencies and problems that can arise
- Comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements
- Report project progress and budget to client
- Explain contract and technical matter to others in a clear manner
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables
- Out of ground construction experience
- 7 years experience as a construction PM or SPM experience
- Self-motivated and detail oriented individual
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field
