We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Commonwealth Building Inc. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with vendors, subcontractors, and colleagues to deliver exceptional services to our valued clients.
Key responsibilities include preparing and managing submittals and shop drawings, participating in the buy-out process, and assisting with the setup and documentation of RFIs and Proposed Change Orders.
The selected candidate will also attend job site meetings, assist with setting up and distributing meeting agendas and minutes, and track down and qualify addendum pricing for review.
In addition, the successful candidate will assist with commitment entries, scopes of work for subcontractors and vendors, and management of the construction CPM schedule.
Prior experience in construction assistant project management is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and Procore preferred.
