SUMMARY
The Treasury Management Service Specialist is responsible for processing, maintaining, and verifying all aspects of Digital Banking customer service and administration. This includes data entry, verification, ACH processing, Reg E compliance, and online banking support.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer Online Banking inquiries
- Provide telephone and email support to Online Banking customers
- Respond to direct client’s questions and routed questions from branches and operations.
- Interface with internal staff
- Prepares daily/monthly reports and exception reports for Online Banking services
- Daily TMS operational work
- Comfortable problem solving technical issues over the phone and via email
- Perform all work in a timely manner according to established policies and procedures to ensure quality service is provided to customers and employees.
- Comply with Bank policies and procedures as well as federal, state and local laws and regulations including BSA/USA PATRIOT Act.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge/experience with word, excel, and power point preferred
- Good verbal, written and listening communication skills
- Excellent time management, prioritizing, multi-tasking, and communication skills
- Strong detail orientation
- Bilingual in English and Korean preferred but not required
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 0 to 3 years of customer service, Treasury Management, or banking experience

Annual pay ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
