Position Summary :
The Service Coordinator will assist in the procurement and coordination of electrical construction, renovation, and service projects
Primary Responsibilities :
Assist with preparation, review and maintenance of invoices, purchase orders, submittals, subcontracts, timesheets, change orders, close outs, requests for information, and all other service department paperwork
Responsible for all aspects of Work Orders, making sure they are complete and concise
Assist in administrative duties relating to service management as required, such as filing, phone calls, mailings, data entry, etc.
Understand service billing schedule and provide input for timely billings
Assist with material requisition pricing and accounts payable / receivable departments as needed
Maintain an accurate filing system for billings, credit card payments, paid invoices and all customer and tax information
Support estimating efforts as required
Produce monthly reports as assigned for various customers
Work with customers on completing all required forms
Dispatching electricians as necessary

Required Qualifications :
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Superior communication skills written and verbal
Ability to work on a team and build working relationships within all levels of the organization
Strong computer skills
Detail-oriented with drive to accomplish set goals
Must exhibit an energetic and positive attitude
Education and Experience :
Associate’s Degree preferred
Will consider equivalent experience on a case-by-case basis
Experience in project coordination beneficial; however, training will be provided
