Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing comprehensive administrative support to the Laurel Maryland office.
Duties/Responsibilities
· Organize location
· Manage the cleaners, water supply, and IT related issues
· Oversee office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance, placing orders as needed.
· Work with the Service Manager to organize our Trello board and help with administrative service tasks
· Look over work orders
· Assist with Service Billing
· Serve as the eyes and ears of the office, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests
· Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow
· Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.
· Liaise with vendors and clients, providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications, Education and Experience
- 2 years’ experience in administrative work
