The Administrative Office of the Courts is the operational arm of the Judicial Branch. The court system employs nearly 3,300 personnel who support 406 elected justices, judges, and circuit court clerks.

The Kentucky Court of Appeals has an immediate need to fill a COA Deputy Clerk position. This position is in Franklin County.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: Associates Degree and Related Job-Related Job Experience Will Substitute for bachelor’s degree 1:1
Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: NONE
Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: High School and 4 years of Job-Related Experience
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (AGE, LICENSURE, REGULATION, ETC.): Must Be Able to Kneel, Crouch or Climb

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Entry of accurate data into court of justice case management system.
- File and retrieve legal documents and court records.
- Notify counsel of record/parties as necessary.
- Assist public concerning the status of court cases.
- Collect Fees as Necessary.
- Assist In Other Administrative/Clerical Duties for Court of Appeals Central Office.
- Cross-Training as Required.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
