DESCRIPTION OF WORK
- Dusting, stripping, and waxing floors, as well as sweeping designated areas
- Cleaning and polishing furniture
- Cleaning beds and dressers, replacing and turning mattresses
- Following housekeeping and equipment operation and material usage guidelines and instructions
- Dusting and cleaning air vents, washing windows, and scrubbing screens
- Cleaning floor edges, corners, and baseboards
- Loading cooking and chilling units and operating related equipment
- Shoveling snow from walkways
- Disposing of infectious waste
- Climbing ladders and steps to complete tasks
- Operating equipment such as machine buffers, automatic scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms, and other related tools.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week

Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Sunday through Saturday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Work schedule will rotate every 4th weekend and holidays as assigned.
- Overtime: As needed
- May change based on operational needs.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.

This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
- Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
