DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of policies and programs related to early childhood education and care. This position will require working closely with the Department of Human Services and the Office of Child Development and Early Learning to ensure that these policies and programs are in line with the quality rating improvement system, Keystone STARS. Our goal is to provide high-quality services and resources for the healthy development and well-being of young children, ultimately setting them up for success in their future education and lives.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment (37.5 hours per week)
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. You are required to report to the Harrisburg office at least once a month and as otherwise directed by your supervisor. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the Forum Building in Harrisburg.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
- Two years of experience as a Human Services Program Specialist Supervisor or Human Services Analyst Supervisor (Commonwealth titles); or
- Four years of professional experience in the development, implementation, or evaluation of a human services program or program operations, including two years of supervisory experience; or
- An equivalent combination of professional experience and training that includes two years of professional supervisory experience in the development, implementation, or evaluation of a human services program or program operations.
