THE POSITION

Our mission is to recruit and assign qualified individuals to fill state agency temporary staffing needs in the Harrisburg area. Bring your ambition and talents to our team!


DESCRIPTION OF WORK

Our TCP staff have the unique opportunity to showcase their talents, and to develop new skill sets, while exploring a variety of assignments within various state governmental agencies and commissions. Over 3,000 members of our team have also used the TCP as a stepping stone into a permanent career in state government with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Our ideal candidates will possess:
  • One year of experience using Microsoft software products
  • One year of customer service experience
  • One year of clerical experience

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
  • Limited-term, full-time employment.
  • Work hours vary between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
  • You must have reliable transportation as work locations may vary within Harrisburg.
  • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Possession of the required knowledge and abilities.
