The Department of Health, Bureau of Marijuana, Division of Facility Compliance is seeking a Safety Inspection Supervisor to support the bureau's mission of providing safe and effective access to medical marijuana for patients with serious medical conditions. In this position, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of compliance processes and policies, as well as oversee field inspectors' activities as they conduct inspections and investigations of medical dispensaries, grower processors, and clinical registrants. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment (37.5 hours per week)
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- This is a home headquartered position which will require you to be headquartered at your home and travel to worksites to complete your work duties. In order to be home headquartered, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

One year of experience as a Safety Inspector; or
- Two years of experience inspecting commercial, industrial, healthcare or other buildings, structures, machines, apparatus, devices or equipment for compliance with applicable safety codes and regulations; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Condition of Employment:
- This position requires possession of a valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
