In this position you will provide clerical support and coordination across the assigned division for the Assistant District Executive. These duties include typing, filing, faxing, answering the phone, copying, printing and front desk coverage. This position will monitor/track Employee Performance Reviews (EPR's) for the assigned division so that all are done within 30 days of month required. Primary roles will be within the assigned division, but clerical support and duties across all District divisions will be provided as operationally necessary. This position will also serve as backup for District Executive's Administrative Assistant in their absence.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week.
- Work hours are: 7:30am to 4:00pm, 7:30am to 3:30pm, or 8:00am to 4:30pm (to be determined by Supervisor).
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Hollidaysburg, PA.
- Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $35,306 (before taxes).

- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Graduation from high school; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Special Requirements (NSRs):- This position requires keyboarding skills to meet standards for speed and accuracy.
Additional Requirements:- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
