DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will assess the suitable techniques required to ascertain property values. This will involve your capacity to recognize concealed problems or absent elements not depicted in the plan, subsequently reporting to the supervisor for minor adjustments to the plan, utilizing the Right-of-Way office program if a claimant is involved, or providing a more formal response for issues that could impact deadlines. The supervisor will review the completed work to ensure compliance with state and federal appraisal standards.

Work Schedule and Additional Information :
- Full-time employment
Work hours are 7 : 30 AM to 3 : 30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
Telework : You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Oil City.
Salary : In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Special Requirements :
This position requires possession of a valid driver's license which is not under suspension.
This position must obtain an active Pennsylvania Certified General Real Estate Appraiser certification within 2 years of employment.
Other Requirements :
You must be able to perform essential job functions.
