DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The individual occupying this role engages in semi-skilled tasks related to the upkeep of the facilities and surrounding areas at the Southwestern Veterans' Center. Responsibilities include a variety of general labor activities such as mowing lawns, clearing snow, managing landscaping projects, maintaining equipment, executing minor masonry, carpentry, and plumbing tasks, painting, supporting maintenance personnel, and handling the loading and unloading of different materials.

Work Schedule and Additional Information :
- Full-time employment (7.5-hour day / 37.5-hour week)
- Work hours are 6 : 30 AM to 2 : 30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Schedule may change based on operational needs.
- This position may require travel and overtime as needed.
- Salary : The starting salary for this position for new Commonwealth employees is fixed at the minimum salary listed above and is not negotiable.
