At the Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Steam Plant Supervisor to join our team. As a Steam Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of an institution utility plant, supervising inmates, and maintaining proper security.
The ideal candidate will have three years of experience in the operation, maintenance, and repair of a steam or hot water generating plant, or a steam and electric generating plant. They must also be able to analyze situations and problems, provide appropriate resolutions, maintain efficient operations under normal and emergency conditions, operate and maintain auxiliary equipment, and maintain logs of tests performed.
We offer competitive salary and benefits packages, including full retirement benefits at age 50 or 55. Our work schedule is from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Sunday - Thursday, with a 30-minute lunch.
