DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will provide technical assistance and support for the Pennsylvania Inspired Leadership (PIL) Program. You will be responsible for assisting with evaluation form creation and data collection and analysis, maintaining the Act 45 website, monitoring the Act 45 resource account, and arranging for participant make-up sessions. This includes working directly with participants to resolve any technical issues, coordinating support for program partners in the field, and potentially traveling to professional conferences.
You will also assist in policy or procedure development by drafting procedural changes and recommending improvements, assist with interpreting and maintaining policy and guidelines, and perform other duties as needed with the Pennsylvania Department of Education's Division of Planning and Professional Development staff. Work Schedule and Additional Information :
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework : You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. This position currently works in the office one day per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
