Commonwealth Primary Care is seeking full time Nursing Supervisor for our West Creek Office. The hours are generally from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will possess effective communication skills with the ability to communicate well with patients, visitors, physicians, and coworkers.
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, RN or LPN.
Experience: Four years of nursing experience including one year of supervisory level experience.
The nursing supervisor plans, develops, organizes and motivates the activities of nursing personnel, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of quality health care. Supervisory responsibilities include the selection, training, evaluation, and development of subordinates; coordinating the work activities of nursing personnel; and ensuring compliance within work group with all policies and procedures. Provides communication, interpretation, and coordinates implementation of Division and nursing service policies and procedures.
· Experience in a Primary Care setting (preferred) medical practice or clinic.
· Extensive experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
