Technician Supervisor Position Overview:
As a Technician Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing field technicians, ensuring high-quality training, conducting property inspections, and driving revenue growth for the Operations Department. You will work hands-on with proven products and techniques to deliver exceptional mosquito and pest control services for both commercial and residential properties. This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and a strong commitment to impeccable client service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and train field technicians on company processes, safety procedures, and service delivery standards to maintain consistency and excellence.
- Perform property inspections to evaluate and recommend effective treatment plans for pest and mosquito control.
- Oversee and support daily technician operations, ensuring job completion, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.
- Conduct hands-on services, including operating backpack blowers (up to 60 pounds) across various terrains in heat and humidity.
- Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly by coordinating with the office team.
- Accurately complete job documentation and reporting in a timely manner.
- Promote revenue growth by identifying additional service opportunities and ensuring goals are met.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule, including occasional weekends, to meet weekly responsibilities.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment in a professional, clean, and safe manner.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to train and motivate a team effectively.
- Pest and/or mosquito control knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including carrying and operating equipment (up to 60 lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
- Availability to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.
