Job Title: Mosquito Control Trainer and Field Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management:
- Resolve escalated customer complaints quickly and professionally to maintain excellent relationships and secure repeat business.
Training and Development:

- Conduct classroom and field training for new Mosquito Control Technicians.
- Provide field visits and ride-alongs to coach and mentor technicians.
- Train technicians in Mosquito Control, Fly Control, and Tick Control.
Operational Management:
- Handle administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, ordering supplies, organizing materials, and managing service tickets.
- Oversee warehouse efficiency and maintain equipment.
- Implement operations that are both efficient and cost-effective.
- Conduct quality control assessments and monitor service and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Technical Expertise:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws.
- Keep informed of the latest industry standards, innovations, materials, tools, and processes.
- Perform escalated mosquito control treatments as needed.
Revenue and Efficiency Enhancement:
- Identify and address operational challenges to maximize efficiency and revenue.
- Increase Mosquito Authority revenue by retaining customers and expanding the customer base.
Team Leadership and Mentoring:
- Lead a team of Mosquito Control technicians, providing support and mentorship to foster their professional growth.
- Deliver ongoing technical and product training.
Logistics and Compliance:
- Assist with Managing inventory of trucks, blowers, service equipment, and chemicals.
- Assist Track chemical usage to ensure proper inventory management.
- Assist Monitor technician compliance with clock in/out times and service notes.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Handle challenging customer interactions to ensure exceptional customer service.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide Termite Control and Insulation work, and undertake other revenue-producing activities during off-peak times.
- Securely shutdown and Start Up Mosquito Control equipment and trucks at season's start and end.
- Service Completion: Perform Mosquito Control and other services as needed, especially when schedules are tight or the team is behind, to maintain service timelines and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED, with further education or certifications in pest control preferred.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in mosquito and pest control.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team supervision and training.
- Physical capability to lead demanding tasks.
- Flexibility for extended hours and weekend work as needed.
- Must be able to Lift 60 Lb backpack fogger
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting Salary:** $45,000
- Sales Commission:** 5% on sales over $500, incentivizing superior sales achievements.
