Position Overview
The Human Resources Assistant provides essential support to the HR Manager and plays a key role in streamlining HR operations. This position supports various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping, and employee relations. The role is designed to ensure day-to-day administrative efficiency and contribute to achieving company-wide and HR-specific objectives—supporting our mission to Truly Care for People and driving growth and satisfaction across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
HR Administration & Support
- Maintain and organize HR files and records.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents.
- Participate in department meetings and contribute to HR initiatives.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support recruitment efforts such as; job postings, reviewing applications, and maintaining our ATS.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
- Work closely with the Recruitment team to create a smooth hiring experience.
Employee Records & HR Data Management
- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Generate reports on HR metrics impacting payroll and employee satisfaction
Employee Support & Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for routine HR inquiries, escalating issues as needed.
Compliance & Policy Support
- Ensure HR processes align with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in updating and distributing HR policies and procedures.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work with Finance on payroll processing and budgeting
- Partner with teams across the company on HR projects
Performance & Project Support
- Schedule and track annual Caregiver performance reviews
- Support process improvements that enhance onboarding, caregiver satisfaction, and overall employee experience.

Salary : $40,000 - $46,000
