CommQuest Services, Inc. is seeking Group Facilitators for our Massillon Recovery Campus. The Group Facilitator plays a vital role for our clients who are recovering from drug and alcohol addiction. Providing mental health support to clients by conducting assessments and group counseling sessions. Based on licensure, this role may diagnose and treat emotional, behavioral, mental health, and/or substance use issues employing various therapeutic techniques to help clients improve their wellbeing and coping skills. This is a wonderful role for individuals looking to gain further counseling assistance experience in the SUD and Mental Health fields and for those looking to supplement additional income.

What you'll do:
- Provide chemical dependency intakes, screenings and assessments.
- Provide individual and group counseling.
- Orient new clients to the agency's treatment philosophy.
- Provide crisis interventions, as needed.
- Perform clinical record keeping.
- Provide client and family education.
- All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Chemical Dependency or related field is highly desired.
- Licensed as an CDCA, LICDC, LCDC III, or LCDC II through the Ohio CDP Board OR licensed as a LSW or CT through the Ohio CSWMFT Board is required.
- The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience with AOD population is preferred, as well as previous residential experience.
- A demonstrated knowledge of addiction, Alcoholics Anonymous and other 12-step programs, assessments, treatment plans, and individual/group counseling is highly desired!
