Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven In-House Recruiter to join our team. The part time/ flexible hours will depend on the staffing needs and can be performed on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent acquisition and relationship management, with a focus on sourcing top talent for various roles within our organization. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a passion for helping others find their ideal job.
Duties
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including social media management, job boards, and networking to attract candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting through hiring, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Develop and implement training development programs for new hires to ensure successful integration into the company.
- Engage in career fairs and campus recruitment initiatives to build relationships with educational institutions and attract emerging talent.
- Generate leads for potential candidates through proactive outreach and relationship management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in internal recruiting or contract roles.
- Strong skills in lead generation and relationship management to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Excellent organizational and communications skills.
- Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes, including platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
