Preparation and prosecution of patents, ongoing informal opinions, strategic counseling, & patent portfolio management in biotechnology. Other related IP work would be dependent upon the needs of the IP department and the individual's capabilities.This is an expanding patent department within a technology-focused, R&D driven company. You will work closely with internal researchers, other patent attorneys, and top management relating to highly innovative new patent families that are of great importance to the company.
