Manufacturing company is currently looking for a very skilled Press Brake Operator. This position will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines that will bend, form, and shape sheet metal according to specifications. This is a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality metal components.
Responsibilities :
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape sheet metal.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine specifications.
- Select appropriate tooling and dies for each job.
- Load and unload sheet metal into the machine.
- Adjust machine settings for different material thicknesses and angles.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of bends.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal condition.
- Inspect finished products for quality compliance.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
