Production Lead/Supervisor

Overview:
Seeking a hands-on Production Lead/Supervisor to oversee scheduling, coordination, and assembly of sub-assemblies . This role requires direct involvement in the manufacturing process, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production personnel, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Train team members in spot welding, hand soldering bridge-wire elements under a microscope, and using measurement tools like Megohmeters and Miliohmeters.
• Maintain production records, update scheduling boards, and track labor and materials.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to ensure timely material releases for production schedules.
• Provide leadership, training, and hands-on support for assembly tasks.
• Uphold safety practices and ISO 9001 quality requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of company processes and data.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field.
• Familiarity with assembly tools, soldering, and measurement equipment.
• Ability to manage physical tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
