Position Overview:
Communiboost is
looking for a Marketing Specialist to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across traditional and non-digital channels. This role will focus on supporting brand initiatives, conducting market research, and coordinating events to build brand awareness. The ideal candidate is a strategic and organized marketing professional who excels at communicating brand stories and managing campaigns from inception to execution.

Salary Range: $50.000 - $68.000 yearly

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across print, radio, direct mail, and event channels to support branding and promotional efforts.


• 
  Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market and competitive research to identify key trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for brand positioning.


• 
  Brand Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies that align with client objectives and Communiboost's value proposition, ensuring consistent messaging and imagery across campaigns.


• 
  Event Coordination: Organize and oversee client or community events, including logistics planning, vendor management, and on-site support to ensure successful execution.


• 
  Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements that align with the client's brand and messaging.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.


• Strong understanding of brand development, advertising, and customer segmentation.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.


• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.


• Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
