Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents for easy retrieval.
- Prepare and process invoices, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a related administrative role.
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and also independently.
