Division Director of Activities
The CommuniCare Family of Companies currently owns/manages over 130 World-Class Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers in 6 states. Since 1984, CommuniCare Health Services has provided superior, comprehensive management services for the development and management of adult living communities. Due to continued growth, we are now looking for an experienced Activities Director to fill the key position of Division Director of Activities supporting the 60 buildings in our Midwest Division. Must have the ability to travel as needed throughout the division which spans Ohio and Indiana.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Activities Directors at facilities
- Assist with calendar development
- Support dementia units
- Audit buildings for compliance
- Work with divisional, regional, and facility clinical leadership as needed
- Significant travel required
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:
- Degree in Recreational Therapy preferred, but we will consider other related degrees
Experience:
- MUST have previous activities experience in a Long Term Care setting
- MUST have previous experience as an Activities Director
