Regional Director of Therapy Operations
The CommuniCare Family of Companies has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader as a Regional Director of Therapy Operations for the Rehab Department .

Qualifications :
Licensed as a PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or CCC-SLP
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Must have multi-site management experience
2-5 years of management experience preferably in a skilled nursing facility
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational skills
Must be able to travel as necessary
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Assures all patient needs are met, treatment is well-documented, good outcomes are achieved and the therapy departments operate efficiently, during site visits
Provides in-services and training to staff as requested
Functions as a resource for clinical program and caseload development
Develops educational materials for rehab departments
Provides documentation and billing training
Completes Quarterly Documentation Audits for each facility
Schedules conference calls / meetings with therapy directors for communication and training as needed
Participates in responses to any denied therapy claims
Assures the clinical, operational and financial success in each designated facility
Achieves optimal practice performance of therapy department through mentoring, problem-solving, brainstorming and supervising the therapy director
Visits all assigned facilities, with availability to therapy directors and facilities via phone and email on an ongoing basis
Participates in operations review calls with senior management
Participates in other senior management functions as needed to assure company success
