RN, Division Director of Clinical Operations
CommuniCare Health Services is currently recruiting an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse, BSN preferred, for the position of RN Division Director of Clinical Operations covering clinical operations for 30 of our skilled nursing homes in the State of Ohio.
The RN Division Director of Clinical Operations is a key management position whose responsibilities will include:
- Evaluate facility compliance to clinical policy, procedure, and care.
- Visit facilities weekly for intervention, audit and training.
- Train new nursing management.
- Monitor readiness for State Survey and assist during surveys
- Aid in the Plan of Correction process

Job Requirements:
- Current RN license, BSN preferred, in the State of Ohio.
- Multisite RDCO Level experience or above is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and oversee functions at multiple facilities on a daily basis
- Ability to travel throughout region
- Must maintain current CPR certification
