JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW: The Risk Management and Compliance (RMC) Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the execution of the Risk Management and Compliance Program. Under the direction of the Director of Risk Management and Compliance, the RMC Analyst will work in conjunction with multiple departments to facilitate risk and compliance related activities including but not limited to internal audits and risk assessments, regulatory research and training, and review of policies and procedures.

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS/TRAINING (state required or preferred)
A Background In Regulatory Compliance, Preferred But Not Required
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (add or delete if necessary)
Assist with the maintenance and continued improvement of CommuniCare OLE’s Risk and Compliance Program.
Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to healthcare compliance.
Prepare reports based on data analysis to deliver accurate and reliable information for decision-making.
Promote compliance and risk awareness across the organization by establishing and maintaining relationships with key staff, leadership, and stakeholders.
Conduct audits, reviews, and risk assessments to identify clinical and operational risk.
Participate in the creation, review, and revision of organizational policies and procedures.
Review, categorize, and log incident report details, follow up efforts, and resolutions.
Aid in the development of presentations and training for the Risk and Compliance Program.
Track and analyze incident report data to identify trends.
Responsible for following tasks through to completion both independently and collaboratively.
Create and manage spreadsheets tracking compliance and regulatory deadlines, action items, etc.
Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance and/or risk activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
