Job Description
Coordinates / Administrates within the local market :
Warehouse Management
Shipping
Receiving
Inventory
Re-Use of materials
Material Orders, Logistics and Verification
Scheduling Manpower under the direction of the Sr PM.
Project launch, certification, and as-built documents
Close Out Documentations
Customer Invoicing
Weekly Updates & Reports
Asset Tracking
Asset Certification
Vehicle Maintenance Reports
Technician Payroll
Inventory Control- with focus on re-use of materials.
Job hours are 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm with one hour for lunch.
This is an office-based position and does not include any on-the-job driving of either a personal vehicle or a company vehicle.
Job Requirements
Experience : 2 years field training in voice or data systems or EE degree
Education : High school AA Degree or higher
Skill-sets : Computer – Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
Pay Scale is $22-27 / hr based on experience
