Safety and Human Resources Administrator
Position Overview :
Communication Technology Services (CTS ) is one of the largest integrators and managed service providers for enterprise cellular networks in the U.S., specializing in the design, installation and support of Distributed Antenna System (DAS), Small Cell, and 4G / 5G Private Wireless Networks for Enterprise.We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety and Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This critical role supports a growing wireless network provider serving significant carriers nationwide. The Safety and Human Resources Administrator will work closely with the Safety Manager three days a week and the HR Director two days a week, ensuring seamless integration of Safety and HR initiatives.
This is a full-time, onsite position in our corporate office. We seek a flexible and motivated team player with strong organizational skills, demonstrated computer skills, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Key Responsibilities :
Safety Administration (3 Days / Week) :
- Collaborate with the Safety Manager to develop and maintain safety programs, policies, and procedures in compliance with OSHA and DOT / FMCSA standards.
- Register new hires in pre-approved safety and driver training programs, ensuring timely onboarding.
- Track and maintain employee training completion, certifications, and compliance records to meet regulatory and company requirements.
- Use tools such as SambaSafety and Samsara to monitor driver performance and ensure vehicle safety through telematics systems.
- Assist in investigating safety incidents, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Support Safety Committees by managing agendas, minutes, calendars, and initiatives.
