Your Role: Part-Time Assembler

As a Part-Time Assembler at C-AT®, you will be integral in constructing life-saving communication systems. This role is more than assembly; it's about being part of a mission greater than yourself.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mechanical Assembly: Prepare and assemble mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring precision in chassis wiring and cable routing.
- Electrical Assembly: Perform soldering and crimping tasks, fabricate and test cables, and verify terminations with diagnostic tools.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct functional tests, diagnose issues, and collaborate with engineers to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaboration: Work alongside skilled technicians and engineers, maintaining accurate records and contributing to continuous improvement.
What We Seek:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in mechanical assembly, preferably in electronics or communications.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to interpret assembly drawings and schematics; skilled in soldering and using hand/power tools.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment to excellence.
- Team Player: Effective communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Physical Capability: Manual dexterity, ability to stand for extended periods, and lift components as needed.
- Radio Experience: Familiarity with radio systems or a background in radio assembly is a plus.
