SyTech Corporation, a dynamic engineering services firm and government contractor in Alexandria, VA, seeks a skilled, detail-oriented Cable Assembler to join our team. Job function focuses on soldering and assembling cables for various electrical systems, including proprietary hardware systems.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
This is a Part-Time On-Site position. Local candidates only.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assembling electrical cable and wiring harnesses.
2. Soldering wires and components.
3. Reading and following schematics and assembly instructions.
4. Working with small parts and hand tools.
5. Cutting, stripping, and inspecting cables.
6. Assembling proprietary hardware systems.
Qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in electro-mechanical assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Knowledge of quality control principles.
